1. Who This Applies To
This policy applies to all registered members who use the community forum, including members under the age of 13 and under the age of 18. Because our community includes younger members, we hold all participants to the same high standard of conduct.
2. Your Responsibilities
By posting or replying in the forum, you agree to:
- Be respectful and considerate to all other members regardless of age, background, or skill level.
- Post only content that is relevant, constructive, and appropriate for a mixed-age audience.
- Take responsibility for everything you post under your account.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is not permitted and will be blocked and/or removed by our moderation system:
- Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, gender, age, religion, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic.
- Harassment & bullying — targeted insults, threats, intimidation, or persistent unwanted contact directed at another member.
- Profanity used as an attack — swear words or aggressive language directed at another person or group in anger or contempt.
- Explicit or sexual content — any content that is sexually explicit, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate for under-18 audiences.
- Violence or threats — calls for violence, self-harm, or threatening language of any kind.
- Spam or commercial promotion — unsolicited advertising, repetitive posts, or links to external services without moderator approval.
4. Language & Profanity
We understand that casual conversation sometimes includes mild profanity. Our AI content moderator is designed to distinguish between conversational language and abusive language:
- Casual or conversational profanity (e.g. expressing surprise or frustration in a non-aggressive way) may be permitted but will be automatically censored before your post is published. The offending words will appear as
**** so that all members, including younger users, see only the cleaned version.
- Profanity used as a weapon — directed at another person, used to insult, demean, or express hate — will cause your entire post to be blocked entirely.
Example (allowed, censored): "How the **** did that level work?!" — published as written above.
Example (blocked): "You're a stupid **** and a useless ****" — not published; strike recorded.
5. AI Moderation
All posts and replies are reviewed by our AI content moderator before being published. The AI evaluates the intent and context of your message, not just individual words. If your post is flagged:
- You will see an on-screen error message explaining that your post was not approved.
- The post will not be published.
- The violation — including the original content — is logged and made available to our admin team and moderators for review.
6. Strike System & Consequences
Repeated violations result in graduated consequences:

| 2nd | Moderation becomes stricter on all future posts. |
| 3rd | Further restrictions applied. Admin notified. |
| 4th | Account placed under close monitoring. |
| 5 or more | Account temporarily suspended. Contact support to appeal. |
Administrators may also manually suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts for serious or repeated breaches of this policy.
7. Moderator & Admin Review
Our moderation team reviews flagged content. If you believe a post of yours was blocked in error, contact us via the support contact on the site. We do not discuss other users' violations with third parties.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via site announcements. Continued use of the forum after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Agreement
Before making your first post or reply in the forum, you must confirm that you have read and understood this policy. Your agreement is recorded alongside your account with a timestamp.
