mrbronz.uk is a retro arcade gaming platform based in the UK. We host 47+ classic-style games — from Pacman and Tetris to Scrabble, Chess, and Wordle — alongside a social community with chat, leaderboards, avatars, and multiplayer modes.

Yes — creating an account is completely free. Free membership gives you access to a selected number of games and the global leaderboard. Upgrade to Premium or VIP to unlock all games, chat, profiles, avatars, multiplayer, and more.

Click the Register button on the homepage and fill in your display name, email address, date of birth, and choose a password. You will then receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account.

Yes. After registering you must click the verification link sent to your email before you can log in. If you do not see it, check your spam/junk folder. You can re-send the verification email from the login page.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. This is the minimum age set by UK GDPR for online services. If you are under 13, you cannot register — no exceptions. Members aged 13–17 can use all the same features as adults, but all chat is moderated and any inappropriate content is automatically blocked to keep the platform safe.

We offer four tiers: Free (limited to a select few games), a one-off 7-day Free Trial of Premium, Premium Monthly (£1.99/month), Premium Annual (£17.99/year — saves over 25%), and VIP Monthly (£3.99/month).

Free membership gives you access to a selected number of games. Chat, leaderboards, profiles, avatars, and the shoutbox are not available on the Free plan — upgrade to Premium or VIP to unlock those features. No credit card is required to register.

Premium gives you access to all games on PC and mobile, public chat rooms, private messaging (DMs), community group chat, the shoutbox, profiles and avatars, multiplayer game access, and saving game progress and personal high scores.

VIP includes everything in Premium plus: a VIP diamond badge on your profile, priority support, early access to new games before they are released to other members, and exclusive VIP-only content when available.

Yes — every account is entitled to one 7-day free trial of Premium features. The trial activates automatically when you create your account. No payment details are needed to start the trial.

Go to your account menu and select Upgrade, or visit the Upgrade page directly. Choose your plan, click the payment button, and complete the secure SumUp card payment. Your membership activates instantly on successful payment.

Yes. Memberships do not auto-renew — each payment covers a fixed period (monthly or annual). When your current period ends your account automatically drops back to the Free tier. There is nothing to cancel.

Your account stays active on the Free tier — you keep all your profile data, scores, and chat history. You simply lose access to the Premium/VIP-only features until you renew.

We have a growing library of games spanning action, puzzle, strategy, word, and board game categories. New games are added regularly and some titles rotate in and out — so it is always worth checking back.

Free membership gives you access to a select number of games. A Premium or VIP membership unlocks the full game library, including all mobile-optimised versions.

Mobile-optimised versions of games are available to Premium and VIP members. Free members can still access games via a mobile browser in desktop mode, though the experience is better on a larger screen.

Multiplayer games are available to Premium and VIP members. You or a friend creates a game and shares a code. Other players enter the code to join — up to 4 players per game. Multiplayer is turn-based.

The global leaderboard is available to all members including Free. Premium members can also save personal game progress and high scores linked to their account. All scores are verified server-side to prevent manipulation.

Chat features are available to Premium and VIP members. These include public chat rooms, private direct messages (DMs), group chats, and a Shoutbox. Free members do not have access to any chat features.

Yes. Direct messages use end-to-end encryption (E2EE). Messages are encrypted on your device with a 2048-bit RSA key before transmission and can only be decrypted by you and the intended recipient. We cannot read your DMs.

End-to-end encryption means your message is scrambled into unreadable code on your device before it is sent. Only the person you are messaging holds the key to unscramble it. Not even our servers can read the content of encrypted messages.

Public chat room messages are visible to all Premium and VIP members. All messages are reviewed by our AI moderation system and human moderators to ensure they comply with our community guidelines.

You need a Premium or VIP membership to use direct messaging. Visit a member's profile or search for them in the chat panel, then click "Send message". Your encryption keys are set up automatically on first use.

Profiles and avatars are available to Premium and VIP members. Go to your profile and click the avatar area, or navigate to Account then Avatar. You can choose from Gallery 1 (gaming-themed icons) or Gallery 2 (letter initials), or upload your own custom image.

Avatar uploads are available to Premium and VIP members. We accept JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and SVG files. The maximum file size is 2 MB.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link by email. The link is valid for a limited time — if it expires, request a new one.

Contact us at the email address in our Privacy Policy to request account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR. Note: deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

Yes. All chat messages are reviewed by an AI moderation system in real time. Public messages containing inappropriate content are blocked or flagged automatically. Human moderators review flagged content and take action where needed. Users must be 13+ to register.

Every public chat message is analysed by an AI model that scores it for potential violations (harmful language, harassment, adult content, etc.). Messages above a threshold are automatically blocked or flagged for human review.

We use a graduated system: first offence typically results in a warning; repeated offences lead to temporary muting, then a temporary ban, then a permanent ban. Serious violations (e.g. illegal content) result in immediate permanent bans and reporting to authorities where required.

You can report a user by contacting a moderator or admin via the site. A report link may appear on profiles and in chat — if you cannot find it, send a message to the site administrator with the user's display name and details of the issue.

Yes. If you believe a ban was applied in error, you can submit a ban appeal from the login or registration page. Appeals are reviewed by a human moderator. You will be notified of the outcome by email.

No. All games on mrbronz.uk run directly in your browser — nothing is downloaded or installed on your device. Games developed in-house are written and reviewed by us. Open-source games are vetted before being added to the platform. We do not serve ads, trackers, or third-party scripts inside game pages.

No. Card payments are processed by SumUp, a regulated payment provider. We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV. Our records only show whether a payment was successful.

Yes. mrbronz.uk is operated from the UK and fully complies with UK GDPR. We only collect data necessary to operate the service, store it securely, and never sell it to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Email us with a data deletion request (address in the Privacy Policy). We will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

We use essential session cookies (required for login and security — cannot be disabled) and optional analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You are asked for consent on first visit.

No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share only what is strictly necessary to operate the service — for example, your email with our email provider to send you messages you requested.

Payments are made securely via the SumUp card widget on the Upgrade page. SumUp accepts all major debit and credit cards. Payment is a one-off charge for your chosen period — there is no automatic subscription.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) processed through SumUp. We do not currently accept PayPal, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided you have not made substantial use of the premium features. Pro-rata refunds may be offered for unused portions of annual plans. Contact us to request a refund.

No. Memberships are one-off purchases — your Premium or VIP access lasts for the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free. You choose when (or whether) to renew.

Yes. We always attempt to credit the developers who made each game. If you are a developer and your game is on our platform, contact us and we will update or add your credit.

Yes. We convert desktop games to play seamlessly on mobile devices. Building a game for PC is hard enough — making it work on mobile is just as challenging. Our system handles all of that automatically.

Absolutely. Every file is run through our custom-built security scanner and world-class virus protection before it reaches your device. No malicious code ever makes it onto the platform.

We scour the web, GitHub, and open-source communities looking for great games that deserve to be played. Many talented developers publish incredible games that never get seen — we change that.
